Hi, I’m Rachel Secrest, founder of RBH Business Automation LLC. My journey into business automation started with a simple goal — to make work easier and more enjoyable. Over the years, I’ve seen how the right tools can transform frustration into efficiency, helping teams regain time and focus. That’s what inspired me to create RBH Business Automation.

With more than a decade of hands-on experience, I love designing practical, approachable solutions that remove roadblocks and help people feel confident using technology. I believe automation should simplify life — not complicate it.

When I’m not developing Power Platform solutions, you’ll find me outdoors in the beautiful Pacific Northwest with my dog — hiking, camping, kayaking, or paddleboarding. Being surrounded by nature keeps me grounded, creative, and ready for the next challenge.
